Jennifer joined the Decorah Covenant staff in February of 2022. She is a graduate of Luther College and also of Hillsong International Leadership College. Jen and her husband Sam have been coming to Decorah Covenant for some time and are proud to call it their home church. They farm just outside of Decorah and have just started their family, welcoming a beautiful baby girl into the world in 2021. Jen loves Jesus, her husband and her daughter, encouraging people, playing music and writing songs, being outside, and farming.
Marcia joined the Decorah Covenant staff in January 2022. She and her husband Jim have been a part of Decorah Covenant for over ten years. They have two children and four grandchildren, and are so blessed to live close enough to their daughter and her family that they can attend church together. Marcia and her husband are now retired and enjoy traveling whenever they can, which includes during the winter, so they can spend time somewhere warm. She also enjoys baking and cookie decorating, and especially loves spending time enjoying conversation over a cup of coffee or a meal with friends or family.
Riley Vander Hart
Riley joined the Decorah Covenant staff in September 2021. He is a junior at Luther College, and is studying communication studies. Something that excites him about having the opportunity to intern at Decorah Covenant is how it allows him to be able to have a front row seat to the ways that people are using their gifts, and also in turn then, to the ways God is growing those people and the Church through that. Riley loves singing, playing guitar and piano, kicking a soccer ball around, and drinking coffee.
