Decorah Covenant Church is a story in progress. We are a part of God’s story in history—and your story is an important part of it. If you’d like to share a story from your spiritual journey (to perhaps even be included on our website or shared on a Sunday morning), please write it up and email it to Pastor Matt at dccoffice@gmail.com.
Maybe it’s the story of how you began following Christ, or an account of an answered prayer, or a time you experienced God’s presence and love in some meaningful way. Maybe it’s a time when you saw God in nature, or in another person. Maybe it’s the story of how you learned an important lesson or survived a difficult situation with God’s help. Maybe it’s a story of how you felt God empower you to help someone else. Maybe it’s just something simple yet cool that happened to you during Sunday worship or a home group meeting or a time alone with God.
Some suggestions:
1. Keep it focused and brief.
2. Be honest.
3. Don’t hold back.
